USC Immigration Clinic
This Clinic is staffed by law students, faculty and staff and provides free legal representation to adults and children from all over the world. Second and third year law students represent clients under the supervision of faculty and staff attorneys.
Most cases involve applications for asylum, protection under the Convention Against Torture, and other humanitarian forms of relief. Many of their clients are detained in ICE detention centers in SoCal and elsewhere. A significant number of their clients are LGBTQ asylum seekers.

Immigrant Assistance Line from the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA)
CHIRLA’s Immigrant Assistance Line is a toll-free information and referral phone line that refers community members to services from CHIRLA and partner organizations. They can answer questions about: healthcare for all, drivers’ licenses, financial literacy and rent relief among others.

Asian Americans Advancing Justice (AMAJ)
AMAJ’s mission is to advocate for civil rights, provide legal services, and build coalitions to positively influence and impact Asian Americans, Native Hawaiians, and Pacific Islanders (AANHPI) and to create a more equitable and harmonious society.
Services include: legal and victim help, language translation, DACA renewal information, citizenship, health access, and Asian American advocacy.
Legal Hotlines available M-F 10am-3pm. Prioritize assistance to low-income persons in incidents of hate and racism, discrimination, housing rights, family law, domestic violence, immigration, employment and civil rights.
