Suicide Hotline: 988

The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is a U.S.-based suicide prevention network of over 200+ crisis centers. It provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones.

LGBTQ+ Suicide Hotline

 

The Trevor Project, whose mission is to end suicide among LGBTQ young people, provides 24/7, free and confidential support via chat, phone, and text hotlines.

Operated by RAINN (Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network), the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization, it provides 24/7, confidential support. If you or someone you know has been sexually assaulted, help is available.
